Scholarship Information

OTRM scholarships in the amount of $5,000 are awarded by five partner universities to qualified applicants. Interested students should contact the university directly for more information and/or to obtain the university scholarship application.

* Note: Due to the late start of OTRM during 2002-03, more scholarships are expected to be provided in 2003-06 at each university.

Application Requirements
The following is a list of required information for scholarship applicants. Universities will collect this information and provide it to the OTRM staff as part of the federally required reporting/evaluation process (Evaluation & Data Collection). A sample supplemental student data form has been created to assist universities in gathering this information at the time of application. Due dates for online submissions will be established by the Dean's Council and posted soon for each campus.

Service/Payback Requirements
The Scholarship Agreement/ Promissory Note (EOU, OSU, PSU, SOU, WOU) document will be completed for each scholarship recipient. This document outlines the terms and conditions of the teaching service requirement.
